Online Reset i-table!® PBI License Form 
(Registration number)

This form is for resetting your i-table!® registration, in case the license was accidentally over written 
(i.e., hard disk crash).

NOTE: Resetting is done manually on our end, and may take up to 2 business days to complete. However, as of i-table!® PBI version 3.92, there is a new feature that allows you to reset the REG CODE yourself after a hard disk crash or accidental OS reformat, etc. So, if you haven't done so already, please upgrade by going to
http://www.i-table.com/TryIt.htm.
(Upgrading must be done by unregistering the previous version first,
which may not be possible until we do a reset manually this time.)
