IMPORTANT NOTICE:

We have had ongoing stability issues with our Silverado Webstats server, which is co-located in San Jose, California. In spite our best efforts, our vendor has not been able to improve the reliability needed to operate the service at the high standards demanded by ourselves and our customers. As a result, we will be retiring the current Silverado system and will be starting from scratch with a completely different vendor and co-location company that is closer to our office here in Seattle. This work will be done by Jan 1st, 2005. The Silverado server will no longer be available after that time.

What are the ramifications of this move?

The most unfortunate ramification is that each and every kiosk's database setting will need to be updated, since the Silverado server will be shut down, permanently. This is not a difficult task, but in most cases will require that someone do it in person, at the kiosk. We understand that this will be a burden to those customers that have kiosks spread out over large geographic areas. We apologize for this, but have no other recourse if we are to offer a stable Webstats system. In every case, DATA FROM THE SILVERADO SERVER WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE for perusal after it is shut down. So be diligent with making hardcopies of your reports for your internal billing and accounting needs.

For this transition, we have 3 options to offer you.

  1. If you own both a web server and MS SQL server (note - shared MS-SQL hosting will not work), you can purchase the WebStats module and setup your own personal server for all your kiosks. Once done, there would be no more monthly fees from us.
  2. We will move you to the default server. (Please include your name, OwnerID, and Validation code).
  3. You can cancel service altogether. (Please include your name, OwnerID, and Validation code)

Use this site to view reports associated with your i-table® kiosks that are setup to use the Siverado database.

WebStats™ is a subscription service. Alternately, you can purchase the Webstats database module and setup your own database server. Use of the WebStats™ database service is only required if you want to:

1. View kiosk activity reports in real-time
2. Generate Access Codes and User Names & Passwords (via the kiosk, MaintainAC, or AccountPro)
3. Sell or use Access Codes for the kiosks. (prepaid cards)
4. Maintain customer balances, allowing your customers to use remaining time from their session at a later time.

To generate reports, the following information is required:

Owner ID: This number uniquely identifies you in the database and is assigned to you when you purchase your first license.
Validation: This number ensures that you are the only one that can use your owner ID. This number is like a password and should be kept secret. It is assigned to you when you purchase your first license.
Adjustment: The server uses Eastern Time. To adjust all the dates/times to yours, specify the adjustment required.
Time period: Specify the period for which you want the data to be displayed.
Type of report:
Ten types of reports can be generated:
1 - Revenues Displays revenues by day and by kiosk for the specified period. A specific kiosk # can be specified. Data is kept for 90 days.
2 - Usages Displays all usages by kiosk for the specified period. A specific kiosk # or user # can be specified. Data is kept for 90 days.
